How fast do you reply?
Within one business day, and usually the same day if you write before noon, Sunday to Thursday. Messages that arrive on Friday or Saturday are answered on Sunday morning.
Is the consultation free?
Yes. The first consultation is free, whether by phone, on WhatsApp or at the office. We will tell you which visa fits your trip and what it will cost before you commit to anything.
What should I include in my message?
Your destination, your planned travel dates and the purpose of the trip. If you have had a visa refused before, mention the country and the year — it changes how the file should be built.
Do I need an appointment to visit the office?
No, you are welcome to walk in during opening hours. If you want a particular consultant, or you are bringing a complete document file for review, calling ahead saves you waiting.
Can I apply if I am not Jordanian?
Yes, provided you hold a valid Jordanian residence permit. Bring it along with your passport — some embassies ask how long you have been resident before they will accept an application filed in Amman.
Do you handle translation, insurance and bookings too?
Yes, all of them — certified Arabic–English translation, Schengen-compliant travel insurance, and flight and hotel reservations. Most applicants take them together, since the file needs them anyway.
