Our story
Visa JO was founded in Amman to solve a problem anyone who has applied for a visa from Jordan will recognise: the process was scattered. A certified translation from one office, an insurance policy from a broker across town, flights and hotels from a travel agent, and an embassy appointment you booked yourself at six in the morning when the slots opened. Every handover was a chance for something to go missing, and the applicant carried the risk for all of it.
We put the whole thing under one roof — one consultant, one invoice, and one file that somebody here is accountable for from the first consultation to the decision. Today we serve families, students, professionals and business travellers heading to Europe, North America, the Gulf and beyond, working in Arabic and English throughout.
What guides us
Integrity
We tell you what is possible and what is not, before you pay anything. If your profile is weak for a particular country we will say so and suggest a stronger route, rather than taking the fee and letting the embassy deliver the bad news.
Expertise
Different destinations are judged on different things, so we do not treat them alike. A Schengen file turns on accommodation and funds; a US case turns on the interview. Every category we handle has someone here who files it regularly.

Who we work with
Most people who come to us are applying for the first time, or applying again after a refusal. Both need the same thing — someone who knows what that particular embassy looks for, before the file is submitted rather than after.
Families and first-time applicants
First applications usually fail on small things: a bank statement that does not cover six months, an itinerary that leaves a night unaccounted for, a booking in the wrong name. We check the file against the destination's own checklist before it goes anywhere.
Students
Admission letters, tuition receipts and proof of maintenance have to agree with each other and with your travel dates. We prepare the set as one file rather than one document at a time, which is where most student cases come apart.
Business travellers
Invitation letters, trade-fair registrations and company paperwork, usually against a fixed date. We work backwards from the meeting rather than from a comfortable timeline, and we tell you early if the date is not realistic.
Applicants refused before
A refusal is not a permanent bar, but re-applying without addressing the stated ground tends to produce the same answer. We read the refusal letter, work out what it actually turned on, and rebuild the file around that.
